Business Expert Press Books (2010-2014) from ebrary currently consist of 260+ full-text ebooks on business topics.  Search for a particular topic or browse by title.   All are unrestricted (no limits on downloading PDFs, or uploading them to learning management systems; on printing; or on concurrent usage).  Instructions for downloading the pdf version more information about the content are here.

IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL) provides searching and full text  for all of the IEEE/IET journals, conference proceedings, and standards.  These include 166 IEEE journals, magazines, and transactions, 26 IET journals and magazines, plus 20+ IET conference titles, proceedings from over 1,200 IEEE and IET annual conferences, more than 2,500 approved and published IEEE standards in key technology fields,  backfile to the late 1800s for select titles, and  INSPEC® abstract/citation and bibliographic records.   For help in searching, please check out IEEE's <a href="http://www.ieee.org/go/userguides" target="_blank">User Guides</a> available to you.
