Items cataloged in the last...
You can search up to 4 weeks back. A new list of books is created every Monday.
Limit by call number
This field allows you to display new material having a call number that begins with any alphanumeric
combination you enter. For example, if you enter L, you will see new material with call numbers beginning
with L, LA, LB, LC, LD and so on. However, if you enter LA, you will only get material with call numbers
beginning with LA. You could also enter LA1. This would return call numbers such as LA 1, LA 12, LA 123,
etc.
Limit search by type
You can choose the type of material to be displayed. The 'Other' type, can refer to CD-ROMs, microfilm,
St. Louis Room material, or anything else not specifically listed.
Limit search by Library of Congress classification
Clicking on a broad classification will display a list of more specific subject
areas. You can choose just one, a few, or all of the subject areas under a given category.
Keep in mind that not all specific subject areas are listed. Therefore, searching by call number
L may return more results than checking all under Education.
After your search is complete
When you get your search results they will be listed in call number order. However, you can choose to
sort them by title, author, or back to call number. You can also change how many results appear on each
page. The default is 25. Finally, to run a new search, click the New Search button in the upper right
of the screen. This will clear the selections from your original search. |
