The Implementation Team will provide coordination of annual functional work plans to achieve the overarching goals of this five-year Strategic Plan. Meeting monthly, the team will monitor the process by reviewing results and communicating necessary adaptations. Each member of the Implementation Team will develop recommendations on the stewardship of the Libraries’ resources.
